Crysdiam uses Microwave Plasma Chemical Vapor Deposition (MPVCVD) method to grow diamonds, which features stable electrodeless discharge plasma that avoids pollution and has strong controllability of epitaxial growth. The method has good control over the crystal orientation, thickness, and purity of diamonds, and quantitative doping is achievable. In addition to being used for the manufacturing lab-grown diamond jewelry, CVD diamond has excellent application prospects in many high-tech fields such as chips, microelectronics, quantum, optics, ultra precision processing, and high-end medical care.

Crysdiam has industrial manufacturing capacity and precision processing capability of large-size and high-quality CVD diamonds, ranking as a technical leader in the industry. At present, the maximum size of our single-crystal CVD diamond reaches 42mm x 42mm. We can carry out quantitative doping with elements such as N and P, achieving high purity diamond of 1ppb.
